What to Do if Specific Emails are Not Getting Converted into Tickets

If specific emails are not getting converted into tickets, there could be a few issues behind the scenes. Two possible reasons are that the contact that sent the email could be deleted from Freshdesk or an automation rule is marking tickets as spam.
