What to Do if None of Your Emails are Getting Converted into Tickets

If none of your emails are getting converted to tickets, we've put together a few ways to go about fixing it yourself. First, you need to check if you're using a default email server and check if forwarding is set up for your mailbox. Then, ensure that your support email address and the Freshdesk forwarding email address are not the same.
