How do I change my Agent Profile's TimeZone?

Please navigate to the Profile Settings by clicking on your Agent Avatar at the top-right corner of your Freshdesk Account. You could then change the Time Zone by choosing it from the corresponding dropdown.


The Multiple Timezone feature is available only from the Pro (previously Estate) Plan in Freshdesk. So, you would not be able to make this change on the Free Sprout or Blossom plans.
