Follow topics and forums in the community

Follow topics to stay updated and receive instant notifications. This enables you to promptly respond to customer replies on your posts or initiate new topics in a forum.


Once you follow a topic, you will receive email notifications for the following:

  1. Every time a new topic is created in the forum.
  2. Every time a new reply is added to the topic.


To follow a forum or topic:

  1. Click on the star button above the title of the forum or topic.
  2. You can view the number of followers for the topic at the top right corner. To view the followers, click on the link.
  3. To add other agents as followers, click on the star button at the top and enter the agent name.
  4. To unfollow the topic, click on the star icon again.




You can follow topics and specific forums in your community to be notified when there is an update. This way, you can respond immediately when your customers reply to your post, or start a new topic in a forum.


To follow a forum or topic, click on the star button above the title of the forum or topic.



  • When you follow a forum, you will receive an email notification every time a new topic is created in the forum.
  • When you follow a topic, you will receive an email notification every time a new reply is added to the topic. 


You can also see the number of followers on the top right corner. Clicking on it will display the names of the people following the forum.


Additionally, agents can also add other agents as followers to any topics and forums that they'd like. To do this, click on the star button, and type the name of the agent in the text box.



Every time you post in a topic, you start following the topic automatically. You can click on the same star button to unfollow.
