How do I delete multiple tickets from same person?

Using Search bar, search for the Requester email address and navigate to Contacts tab and click Show tickets from <contact_name>.

You can use bulk actions to delete the tickets (30 tickets at a time) to delete all the tickets associated to the requester email address.
