Is it possible to re­assign a support email address from the main portal to one of the products?

Yes, please navigate to Admin > Channels > Email. Here, you could see the list of support email addresses that could be associated with the products added in Admin > Support Operations > Multiple products. 



Kindly click on edit next to the support address and choose the product under "Link this support email with a product." Note that this product should already be added to the helpdesk.
