The status of an article helps an agent track whether a particular article has been translated and published in multiple languages or not. These statuses can also be used in filters to access a list of articles in a specific status.
These are the following article statuses that are available in your Knowledge Base:
Status | Description |
Draft | All the articles that are saved but are not yet published will be under the Draft status |
Published | All the articles that are published to the customer will be under the Published status |
In Review | This consists of all the articles that have been sent for review Note: Available for Pro and Enterprise plans |
Approved | This consists of all the articles that have been approved but not published Note: Available for Pro and Enterprise plans |
